The Intelli-Tags can be positioned on site by any member of staff and associated with the appropriate documentation in a matter of seconds. Once associated, other staff can use their own smart device to scan the tag and link to the relevant documents. This will ensure sites can adhere to the new social distancing rules and regulations, there will be no more swapping of drawings and paperwork and no more sharing devices. The data that each tag is linked to can be updated remotely by the appropriate person with the authorised login.
In addition to the above, any projects taking on the system can distribute Health and Safety briefings and bulletins to all its staff via the tags, free of charge.
Cost Savings
Compared to the traditional costs of setting out and installing datum plates, the time and cost savings are at least 50%. From our pilot projects we observed a 69% saving on setting out costs and on-site time and a 95% reduction of on site revisits to replace numbers etc as it will all be carried out remotely. Setting out costs were reduced by over 50% and installation costs were reduced by over 70%.
